Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using HOT COFFEE CLUB ("Site") operated by Hot Coffee Club, LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.hotcoffeeclub.com. By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or buying our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

Intellectual property

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Hot Coffee Club, LLC. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Privacy statement

We are highly committed to protecting your privacy as described in the Privacy Policy document acessible at hotcoffeeclub.com/privacy.


We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our Site. These third party sites have separate and independent terms and conditions. Limited license

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Site in accordance with this Agreement.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Hot Coffee Club, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the Site, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arrising from your violation of any third-party's rights.

Warranty disclaimer

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Hot Coffee Club, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Site will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Site will meet your requirements.

Governing law

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia in the USA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes to this agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Hot Coffee Club ("us", "we", or "our"), collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.hotcoffeeclub.com website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Hot Coffee Club.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit the Site, place an order or in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities, such as purchasing one of our coffee subscriptions.

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Web browser cookies

Our Site may use "cookies" to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert when cookies are being sent. By doing so, note that some of our serices and parts of the Site may not function properly. In such case, the User might still be able to place orders by contacting customer service at help@hotcoffeeclub.com.

How we use collected information

HOTCOFFEECLUB collects and uses Users personal information for the following purposes:
  • To improve customer service: Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
  • To personalize user experience: We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
  • To improve our Site: We continually strive to improve our product offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
  • To process transactions: We may use the information Users provide about themselves when purchase a subscription to provide service to that subscription. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service, such as with our secure payments gateway partner, for processing credit card payments.
  • To administer a content, promotion, survey or other Site feature.
  • To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
  • To send periodic emails: The email address Users provide for subscription purchasing, will be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their subscription. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via e-mail at contact@hotcoffeeclub.com.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers. Our Site is also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. Subscription guidelines


There are no membership costs or costs of any kind associated to your subscription other than the price you pay for your coffee.

Periodicity and duration

If you select our monthly subscription that means your credit card will be charged every month the amount that was stated in the plan you selected, and agreed upon when you subscribed.


If you select an automatic billed, monthly subscription, you can terminate it at any time. If you are considering to terminate your subscription because you're not using all the coffee we're sending, you should consider changing, at no cost, to a lower subscription plan. Our support team can help you at help@hotcoffeeclub.com.

If you wish to terminate your subscription, please let us know by sending an e-mail to terminate@hotcoffeeclub.com or cancel it yourself by through the account settings.

Shipping guidelines


All our coffee boxes are shipped with United States Postal Service and the relevant local post partners for each area.


All shipping and handling costs are included in the price we show you. The coffee will be delivered to your door at the price you agreed to pay, no surprises.


No, our packages conveniently fit in your letterbox, so you can just collect it whenever you have time. You'll notice a change in your routine: "get fresh coffee" now means "check the letterbox"!

Delivery estimates and method

We roast our coffee weekly which means that, in the worst case scenario we'll ship your coffee 7 days after you place your order. This is to ensure you only get the best and fresh coffee. Upon confirming your payment, your member dashboard will display your upcoming shipments and their estimated roast and shipping dates. Transit times depend on the destination area and they vary between 1 and 5 working days.

Available countries

As of today, HOT COFFEE CLUB is shipping only to the USA.

Returns and Refunds

We can hardly believe you won't be absolutely happy with our coffee. In the unlikely event of that happening, we are happy to talk and understand what went wrong. We won't, however, be able to accept returns of any food products.
