Colombia, Supremo

Sweet, chocolaty and well-balanced

Supremo is the finest of the Colombian coffees. Its name comes from the size of the bean (which tends to be rather large) and it's grown in the upper areas of the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta in the highest peak in Colombia, which gives this coffee its prestige. The beans are harvested grain by grain (hand-picked) so that only the ripe fruits are selected.
